摘 要: | after meetings of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in 2010, especially the Rio + 20 Summit on Sustainable Development, there have been increasingly frequent debates on the post-2015 international development agenda (hereinafter referred to as "the post-2015 agenda "). From May to July 2013, the UN released three key reports on this issue.1 In September, the 68th UN General Assembly discussed laying a foundation for the post-2015 agenda.2 The UN will then set the final post-2015 agenda and expand inter-governmental negotiations by September 2014 so that it can be passed by the General Assembly in 2015 and be launched on ! January 2016. China urgently needs to establish a comprehensive and forward-looking engagement strategy to ensure a proper focus for the post-2015 agenda and promote the establishment of a new global partnership for development.
