| 摘 要： | 公安执法质量一直是影响公安机关整体工作水平和公安队伍整体形象的一个根本性问题。随着“依法治国”方略的深入 ,提高公安执法质量 ,应当针对当前公安机关执法中存在的主要问题进一步提高公安机关依法行政的水平 ,真正实现严格、公正、文明执法的目标。
