| Abstract: | This paper sorts out and summarizes the present situation of research on the issue of state origin from both domestic and foreign perspectives. While pointing out the breakthroughs that have been made, it also analyses the problems existing in the present research, stating that this issue must be explored from three aspects if a new horizon is to be achieved. |
