Explorations of the Intercoordination Between the Economic Development Mode and the Resource and Environment in Wuling Minority Region

It is quite difficult for Wuling minority region to form scale and characteristic of economy due to its small economic output, unreasonable economic structure, low-level industry, insufficient motivation and disordered development. In a new round of development, mutual recognition must be achieved, a regional cooperation mechanism and an operational mechanism of economy must be setup, and the way of economic development must be changed as well so as to realize sound and rapid economic development.
