| Abstract: | The theory of the abolition of the death penalty has now become a mainstream ideology among Chinese criminal researchers, but prevalent opinions are not necessarily indisputable truth. In the author's opinion the theory of the abolition of the death penalty is like a shining skyscraper based on very thin ice, because there exist fallacies in its theoretical basics. |
