| 摘 要： | 审前准备程序是证据制度的重要组成部分,简易程序是我国民事诉讼的重要制度。随着近年来案件数量的迅速增加和最高人民法院《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》的颁布,将审前准备程序与简易程序结合起来的重要性日益显现。通过完善简易程序的划分标准,树立程序公正的司法理念,确立适合的准备程序,以期实现案件处理的公正、高效是我们的努力目标。
