| Abstract: | In order to create good trade unions' image, we have to try to do all of the following: understand the historical process of the beginning and development of the trade unions and recognize its historical task; be guided by the Marxism theory of workers' movement and trade unions; further recognize the locating of role of trade unions under the background of market economy and insist on administering the unions according tot he law; do well the important work and give prominence to the function of preservation. |
