内幕交易及其法律规制

内幕交易是指内幕人员或其他非法获取内幕信息的人员,以获取利益或减少损失为目的,利用内幕信息,从事证券交易的活动.内幕交易导致了众多的不良后果和交易风险,给我国证券市场带来了严重损害.因此,必须加强对内幕交易的预防和监管措施.我国已经构建了内幕交易监管的立法体系,然而这种法制体系仍然具有一些不足之处,还需要加以不断完善.

The inside trade refers to inside personnel or other personnel who obtained inside information illegally,with the purpose of obtaining the interests or reducing losses,utilized the inside information and are engaged in the activity of the securities trading.The inside trade has caused numerous bad consequences and trade risk,and has also brought the serious injury to security market of our country.Therefore,we must strengthen the measures of prevention and supervision to the inside trade.Our country has already constructed the legislative system that the inside trade has supervised,but this kind of legal system still has some weak points,and need to improve constantly.
