近年来政府执行力研究综述

政府执行力是政府有效处理日常事务所表现出来的内在能力和效力，同时也是政府在执行政策过程中体现出来的实际能力。政府执行力的强弱，关系到政府职能的实现、政府存在的合法性和行政效率的高低。提升政府执行力，有助于促进政府行政管理高效化、巩固党的执政地位和提升政府竞争力和公信力。目前我国各级政府执行力不足，根源在于政府相关人员缺乏责任意识和行政能力、政府行政管理体制不健全、地方保护主义和外在环境的不利影响。因此，必须加强行政管理制度建设，提升政府工作效率，创新政府管理模式，培育良好的行政文化，提升“政府人”的能力。此外，还应加强比较研究、实证调研、多视角和多学科的综合研究。
