权威的困惑与维权的路径——警察维权对行政强制法的呼唤

国家法律的权威在相当程度上是通过警察的权威予以体现的，但不断出现的各种各样的“袭警”事件，凸显警察的权力困境，警察的权威受到挑战，更令社会各界倍感困惑。要重树警察形象，重振警察权威，仍然应当从树立法律权威的思路出发去予以实现。这中间，我们更有理由认为，尽快出台行政强制法，与此同时，全面、认真地梳理目前警察行政强制的相关法律规范性文件，比制定单一的权利保护法案更具有可操作性，是一个提升警察权威适时的契机。
