影响农民收入增长的因素分析及对策

农民收入稳定增长,关系到扩大内需、促进国民经济的繁荣以及社会稳定的大局,也是解决三农问题的最终落脚点。然而近年来,我国农民收入增幅持续下降,极大地影响了农民群众的生产积极性,造成了局部粮食短缺和粮价上涨,制约了农村经济的发展。分析制约农民增收的因素,探索当前农民增收的新途径,既有利于短期政策的调整,又是促进农村经济快速、健康、稳定发展的长期措施。

The Analysis and Countermeasures on the Elements Influencing the Increase of Peasants' Income

The stable increase of peasants' income is important to enlarge internal-need,to poromote the prosperity of nationl economy,and even the situation of social stability.Furthermore,it is the essential way to salve "the three problems with peasants".However,in our country,peasants'increase has been dcereasing recently and has greatly influenced their activeness of production.As the result,in certain parts of China,there appeared the lack of crops and the increase of crain-price,in addition,the economic development in countryside has been limitted.Therefore,analysing the element limiting the increase of peasants' income and exploring the new appoaches for increasing peasants' income will contribute to adjust policies within the short period and will be the long-term approach to promote rural economy to develop in a fast,healthy and stable way.
