| 摘 要： | 首都职工素质教育工程是加快首都职工队伍知识化进程,增强企业核心竞争力,应对市场竞争的重要载体.要适应当前国内外经济形势和首都社会经济发展的需要,促进企业发展,提高职工就业能力、竞争能力和创新能力,就必须针对工程目前发展所面临的瓶颈和问题,从提高企业核心竞争力和职工综合素质出发,以符合首都经济发展模式转变和建设和谐北京为根本要求,不断完善工程的领导体制和运行、推进机制,推进首都职工素质教育工程可持续发展.
