Blackstone and the Idea Of Individual Absolute Property in American Property Law

William Blackstone sufficiently discussed his natural law in Commentaries on the Laws of England,and he advanced the theory of individual absolute property which was based on Locke's theory of personal natural property rights.He considered individual absolute property were derived from occupancy.Moreover,he advanced Labor-Occupancy theory.Blackstone's theory of individual absolute property which was based on occupancy with labor,which played important significance on developing theory of natural rights of American property law.And besides,the theory built the idea of individual absolute property of American property law directly.
