| 摘 要： | 我国妇女参政不成熟,因而国家对妇女参政实施了保护性政策.在社会转型时期,实施性别保护政策的背景,包括妇女自身的素质和不成熟的参政客观环境都在发生变化,保护性政策实行的主客观条件都在逐渐丧失,因而,逐步取消性别保护是必然趋势.
