Analysis of Legislation and Policy on the Retirement of Female Professionals

Recently,the retirement of female professionals has become a hot topic in society.Public concerns have been about at what age they should retire and what kinds of provisions the Chinese laws and regulations on this issue have been given? This paper examines these provisions in the laws and policies and analyses the administrative and legislative reasons behind the violation of the labor rights of these female professionals.In addition,this paper points out that it is the responsibility of the Chinese government and legislative organs to eliminate all kinds of discrimination against women,including professional women.
