| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO,受影响最大、最早的是经济生活领域,在带来机遇的同时,也会诱发各种经济犯罪的变化,产生一定的负面效应,对此应当加强前瞻性预测,并通过学习WTO规则,提高防控、打击经济犯罪的能力等对策,来确保经济的良性运行和社会的稳定。

| Abstract: | After join WTO,the influence on the domain of economic life in our country will be maxium and earliest. While opportunities, it will change each eeonomic crime in great speed and will bring some opposite rexults. So we must strengthen calenlation and study rules, regulations and improing countermeasure of econ- mic, to ensure the good development of economic and socialism stability. |
