| 摘 要： | 媒体和检察机关在制止权力滥用、揭露职务犯罪方面互相配合、支持协作使联动监督成为可能。联动监督在强化舆论监督权和充分释放了检察监督功能的同时,也使社会看到了媒体与司法机关和谐互动的一面。但是,作为一种初生制度,联动监督仍然需要完善。

| Abstract: | That the media and the procuratorial organization coordinate and cooperate at aspect of stopping the abuse of authority and exposing the crime using the duty forms the linkage supervision.The linkage supervision can fully release function of procuratorial supervision and strengthen supervision by public opinions.Furthermore,we can see the harmonious interaction from media and judicial authorities.However,as a newborn system,the linkage supervision still need to be perfected. |
