新贸易壁垒对山东出口贸易的影响与应对措施

随着我国改革开放的深入发展,近年来山东经济发展一直保持高速增长势头,对外贸易和经济增长之间呈现密切的相关性。“十一五”将是山东由经济大省向经济强省转变的重要历史时期。对当前国际贸易中新贸易壁垒发展的现状、趋势及其对山东省出口贸易的影响进行分析,并提出针对性的应对措施,有利于把新贸易壁垒对山东经济发展的负面影响降到最低。

The Impact to the Export Trade of Shandong Province by the New Trade Barriers and the Counter-measures

In the past few years,with the development of the reforms and opening to the outside,economic development in Shandong Province has been keeping high speed.Close interrelationship has appeared between foreign trade and economic growth.The Eleventh Five will be the import historical period for Shandong in the transformation from a great economic province to a strong economic province.The writer is to make an analysis of the statement and trend,as well as,the impacts to the export trade in Shandong Province,of the development of the new trade barriers in the international trade.And to raise the relevant counter-measures directly,in order to reduce the harmful impacts of the new trade barriers to the economic development in Shandong as slight as possible.
