| 摘 要： | 在刑事案件中,盗窃案件的作案人为了逃避打击,总是千方百计毁灭罪证,伪装现场使得盗窃案件现场的情况更加复杂。因此如何分析、识别和揭露伪装盗窃现场,还原出盗窃案件的本来面目,对侦破盗窃案件、提高盗窃案件的破案率有着积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Among the criminal cases,the criminals of theft cases always do their best to destroy criminal evidence and disguise the scene for making the scene more complicated in order to escape from attacking.Then it has an active influence on investigating the theft cases and increasing the case solving rate of to analyze,distinguish and expose the disguise scene of theft case for reducing the truth of theft cases. |
