我国政府规制研究的现状分析与启示

本文以1997年至2003年国内学者公开发表的640篇规制研究论文为样本,重点对论文的研究内容、研究方法和研究者学科背景进行了客观描述和评价,并对我国行政学界在日后的政府规制研究中所可能做出的贡献做了一次初步的探索。本文认为,政府规制研究理应成为行政学研究的重要领域,它在比较行政学、政策学、组织管理、制度理论和行政改革研究方面取得的成果,对深化我国规制理论和规制改革实践的研究具有十分重要的意义。

An Analysis on The Present Situation and Enlightenment of the Research on Government Regulation in China

Taking samples of 640 theses on regulatory research published by domestic scholars from 1997 to 2003, this article focuses on describing and commenting on the research content and approaches of the theses and the academic backgrounds of the scholars, as well as making an initial exploration into the possible contributions which the Chinese administrative academia is able to make for the research on government regulation in the future. The author believes that research on government regulation should become an important area of administrative science , while the achievements of administrative science in specific areas of comparative administration, policy science, organization theories, institutional theories and administrative reform research are of very great significance for China's research on regulation theories and regulatory reform practice.
