工会在民主参与中的服务绩效评价研究

将DEA方法引入工会在民主参与中的服务绩效测评,注重在各参与评测工会对比的情况下考核绩效测评指标之间的关系,从而综合得出工会在民主管理中的绩效。实证分析表明,这种测算方法不仅反映了工会在这项工作中各种投入的总体运用效果,而且明确了提高绩效具体需要解决的工作内容,对考核和提升工会在推进民主管理中的服务效率提供了有力依据。

Research on Union Performance Evaluation in Employee Participation

This paper applied DEA model on union performance evaluation in employee participation.It focused on evaluating the relationship among the indexes on the basis of districts comparison.Empirical analysis shows that DEA model is useful for not only measuring union performance,but also defining the amelioration direction and improvement methods of the union service performance in employee participation.
