| Abstract: | Non-state owned economy is the important component of the capital economic and social development.Improvement of quality-oriented cultivation for capital workers in the non-public enterprise is of vital importance to intensify the core competitiveness of non-state owned economy and promote the capital economic development.And it is of great significance to build the Green,S&T and Humane Beijing and develop world-city with Chinese characteristics. |
