| Abstract: | Knowledge economy's coming into being and development bring about a worldwide re--organization of economic and technical structure and a new competition has started. In face of such trend, enterprises in our country must change without delay traditional thought of management and establish modern concept of management according to features and demands of knowledge economy so as to fit the requirement of new competition and seek the survival and sustainable development of enterprises. |
