| 摘 要： | 中国农村土地集体所有制是 2 0世纪 5 0年代开始的上地改革运动以后形成的 ,它存在的正当性与合理性是符合当时中国农村现状和实际的 ,虽然将来在城乡一体化的进程中 ,农地集体所有权的内容和含义会发生重大变化 ,但在今后相当长的一段时间里 ,维持农地的集体所有权或社区所有权 ,仍是我们的现实选择

| Abstract: | Collective ownership of land in China's rural areas came as a result of the Land Reform that took place in the 1950s. It had its raison d'etre for fitting the reality of rural China then. Though there may be significant changes in the content and implication of such ownership in the future when differences between rural and urban areas get minimized, collective or communal ownership of land in rural areas shall remain a realistic choice. |
