| Abstract: | The current criminal procedure law of our country does not have clear regulation in legal terms of supplement investigation. It is lack of the regulatory, effectiveness suitably .So the reality of criminal suit at present, requires that supplementary fact condition, evidence condition and procedure terms should be perfected further. |
