提高职工代表素质夯实工会维护基础

职工代表参政议政有"三多三少",即积极参与议政的多,不愿参与议政的少;不懂得如何议政的多,懂得如何议政的少;关心涉及个人利益审议案的多,关心涉及企业长远利益或重大决策审议案的少.要解决这些问题,就要在这些方面下功夫:把好代表的选举关;办好新当选职工代表的培训班;保障职工代表的知情权;尊重职工代表的建议权;保障职工代表个人的各种合法权益不受侵害.

The participation in governmental and political affairs of workers' representatives has some phenomena There are more people who like to actively participate and there are less people who don't like to participate There are more people who don't understand how to participate, and there are less people who understand how to participate There are more people who concern proposals with regard to individual interests, but there are less people who concern proposals with regard to enterprises' long-term interests or important decisions The resolution of these problems are: it is very important to elect workers' representatives; trade unions should run training classes for new workers' representatives, safeguard the rights of knowing the affairs of workers' representatives, and respect their suggestion rights, and safeguard various legitimate rights and interests of individual representative not to be violated
