| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后,我国一直致力于妇女权益的保障,其间取得了巨大的成绩,但同样也存在不少问题,尤其在保障妇女劳动权益方面。美国、日本和欧盟在妇女劳动权益保障方面所采取的措施对我国妇女劳动权益保障制度的完善具有很好的启示作用。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of New China, the government devotes continuously to the protection of women's rights and interests, which has achieved a great deal, but similarly also has many problems, especially on the protection of women's labor rights and interests. The measures adopted by US, Japan and European Union in the protection of women's labor rights and interests are an enlightenment in completing women's labor rights and interests protection system of China . |
