| 摘 要： | 建设法治国家是一项艰巨而又复杂的系统工程。政府法治建设是核心和关键。2004年3月国务院颁发了《全面推进依法行政实施纲要,》对此,吉林省政府高度重视,并采取相应的措施,加大政府各项工作的力度,取得了一定的成效。

| Abstract: | The construction of a nation ruled by law is an arduous and complex systems engineering.The government's legal construction is the core and the key.In March 2004,our state council issued "the Comprehensive Advancement Legal Administration Implementation Summary",and Jilin Province government tookit seriously,and takes the corresponding measures,enlarged government's each work's impetus,and has obtained certain achievement. |
