| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述邓小平"两个最重要"思想深刻内涵的基础上,剖析了影响党内民主监督的主要矛盾、症结及深层根源,指出权力过分集中导致缺乏有效监督是觉的领导体制的根本缺陷,提出了改革党的领导体制、构筑严密监督网络的思考和建议。

| Abstract: | The essay expounds not only the deep intension of Deng Xiaoping s two most important ideologies , but also analyses the principle contradiction, the symptom and the deep reasons of affecting the democratic supervision in the CCP, and indicates that collection of the power can lead to be short of the efficient supervision which is the essential drawback of the CCP leading system. The essay also gives some suggestions about reforming the leading system of the CCP and forming the tight supervision network. |
