美国假日制度对中国假日制度改革的启示

中国的“五一”、“十一”长假模式已实施7年。“黄金周”在拉动假日旅游经济的同时,也带来诸如旅游景点不堪重负、交通运力紧张以及节日内涵传统与现代相分离、缺乏农民参与等问题。中国假日制度改革可借鉴美国假日制度的设置思路,把中华民族传统节日纳入公共假日体系之中,整合传统与现代、城市与乡村,实现民间传统节日体系与官方假日体系的对接、中华文化的弘扬与传承。

The Revelation of the USA Holiday Pattern to the Chinese Holiday Pattern

The "May 1st" and the "October 1st" long-holiday pattern has been in existence in China for seven years."The Golden-week Holiday" has brought in not only many economic returns but also heavy burdens to the scenic regions and the traffic,and caused a separation of the festival tradition from modernization without much participation of the farmers.The reform of China's holiday pattern can learn something from the USA holiday pattern in the following ways: the traditional ethnic festivals of China should be included in the public holiday pattern,the tradition should be combined with modernization,the countryside with the city,the folk festivals with the official festivals which will help carry forward the fine aspects of Chinese culture.
