| 摘 要： | 在建立现代企业制度的过程中，建立完备的法律风险防范机制也是其中的一个重要组成部分。在当前形势下，企业的任何重大经济活动都离不开法律顾问。商会以服务企业为主旨，可以通过建立企业法律顾问制度，运用法律手段帮助企业管理生产经营活动，在市场经济激烈竞争中维护企业自身的合法权益，形成强大竞争力，并规范企业生产经营行为。
