| 摘 要： | 本研究采用预算标准法,以夏县农村地区儿童抚养成本为研究内容,详细测算了在可接受的最低生活水平下,生活在不同家庭类型,不同年龄段、不同性别的儿童抚养成本。本研究还就所测算的儿童抚养成本与夏县农村地区主要社会救助项目进行了比较,发现农村最低生活保障线相当于温饱线,五保救助标准比低保标准略高,但是也仅仅覆盖了衣食成本。

| Abstract: | This paper applied budget standard approach to estimate the cost of raising children in Xia County in rural area of Shanxi Province.The cost of raising children with an acceptable minimal living standard is estimated by family type,age and gender.The cost is also compared by the main social assistance programs provided by local government including minimal living security institute and wubao(for orphans and the elderly without a family).It shows that the minimal living security line is just equal to the foo... |
