交通意外事故尸体剖验37例

本文作者报告陆上交通意外尸体剖验37例。事故类型分路人车撞、汽车相撞、汽车撞静物及摩托车事故四种。路人被车撞致死者,损伤分布广,种类多,有5种不同的损伤。摩托车事故死亡者胸腹部损伤多,突出的是胸主动脉横裂。汽车驾驶员的损伤以胸腹部为多。其中因车撞车驾驶员死亡者,头部损伤常不严重。各种不同的损伤各有一定的特征。作者强调了要注意酒精与车祸的关系。

AUTOPSY FINDINGS ON 37 CASES OF ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

The autopsy findings of 37 cases of road traffic accident are reported.These cases include 4 varieties of accidents,i.e.injuries to the pedestrians,motocycle accidents,auto versus,stationary object and auto-auto impacts.The injuries on the pedestrians are usually wide-spreaded and can be divid-ed into 5 types according to their different characteristics.The deaths dueto motocycle accidents usually reveal traumata in the thorax and abdomen,an outstanding injury is the transvers laceration of the desoedding aorta rightbeneath the aortic arch.The injurics on the drivers of the cars also tends tooccur more frequently in the thorax and abdomen.Among the deaths due toauto-auto accident,the head injuries are usually not severe.The differenttraumata differe in their characteristics.The author emphasizes the relationbetween alcoholism and road traffic accidents.
