| Abstract: | Access to financing has become top issue for small and medium - sized enterprises （SME） concerning market economy and the development of social harmony. Having conducted relevant investigation in Ningjin County, the author analyzes the demand of SME for capital and their financing situation, also comes up with countermeasures aimed to improve local financing environment, raise financing efficiency for SME and realize win -win situation between banks and enterprises on the basis of fostering credit -worthy enterprises. |
