陵县新型农村合作医疗制度实施状况调查报告

陵县新型农村合作医疗制度自建立以来已有两年时间，为了解陵县新型农村合作医疗制度的政策内容和实施情况，笔者运用问卷调查和访谈调查的调查方法，在陵县宋家镇、梅镇和神头镇进行调查。通过对调查结果的整理分析，发现陵县新型农村合作医疗制度实施过程中存在着宣传不足、医疗费用高、农民享受不方便等情况。针对调查中发现的问题，提出了完善陵县新型农村合作医疗制度的建议，包括加强宣传、扩大报销范围、控制药品价格、建立引进医师机制等。

Investigation Report on New Type of Rural Cooperative Medical Care System in Lingxian

New type of rural cooperative medical care system in Lingxian has existed two years since its establishment. In order to find out the content of the policy and its performance, questionnaire survey and interview survey were taken out in Songjia Town, Mei Town, and Shentou Town of Lingxian. Through analyzing the result of the survey, we noticed that during the implementation process of the new type of rural cooperative medical care system, there still exist some problems such as the lack of publicity, high medical expense, inconvenience to peasants, etc. To solve these problems, suggestions were proposed to improve the new type of rural cooperative medical care system in Lingxian, including increasing publicity, enlarging reimbursement items, controlling medicine price, and establishing doctor introduction institutions, etc.
