| 摘 要： | 本文认为由国家直接投资的大中型国有企业法人财产权的法律性质应是国家拥有所有权并授权企业进行经营管理,企业拥有经营权;而大多数国有企业的法人财产权法律性质则应为企业法人财产权。

| Abstract: | The present thesis holds that the state-owned large and mediumsized enterprises as legal persons which are direedy invested by the state have only the right of management and do not have the ownership which should belong to the state while most other enterprises as legal persons have the ownership. |
