| Abstract: | In order to set up the theory of criminal victim, we must define concept of the criminal victim correctly first.However,in the study on the concept performed by our scholars, there are some warps and deficiency, both in the connotation and in the extension.By the compare and analysis on these concepts,the author concludes that the criminal victim refers to the citizen,the non-state-owned units and the country, whose rights or power have been violated directly by the crime. |
