| 摘 要： | 公共契约是不完全的,因而以契约主义为基础构建民主国家政治制度的结构也是不完全的。鉴于公共契约不完全的内在特质以及民主政治的竞争性,目前,无论在理论上或是在实践中都无法找到一种制度安排的"最优解"。因此,需要通过多种途径进行制度设计,以求在多重制度的均衡中解决政治发展问题。

| Abstract: | Public contract is incomplete,so is political institutional regime of democratized nations constructed on basis of contractual principle.In light of democracy rivalrousness and public contractual incomplete internality,there is no way to find out one best solution for institutional arrangement whether in theory or in practice for the time being.So it is needful to settle political developmental issues in the equilibrium of manifold regimes by various channels of systemic design. |
