| 摘 要： | 以科学制度保障反腐倡廉建设,是"人治"反腐向"法治"反腐的必然举措,是提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平的客观要求,也是新时期加强反腐倡廉建设的现实需要。反腐倡廉科学制度具有合理性、合法性、现实性、系统性的特点和要求。实现以科学制度保障反腐倡廉建设,提高反腐倡廉制度建设科学化的意识是前提,完善反腐倡廉制度创新的方式方法是保障;提高反腐倡廉制度执行力是关键。

| Abstract: | Providing security for construction of combatting corruption and upholding integrity via scientific system is the necessary measure of anticorruption from rule of man to rule of law and the objective requirement of improving the level of the scientific construction of combatting corruption and upholding integrity as well as the immediate need of strengthening the construction of combatting corruption and upholding integrity in the new period.It is typical of the scientific system of combatting corruption and upholding integrity to be reasonable,legal,practical and systematic.Successfully providing security for construction of combatting corruption and upholding integrity depends on improving the awareness of scientifically constructing the system,innovatively perfecting the method and greatly promoting the executive ability of combatting corruption and upholding integrity. |
