随着中俄两国刑法法典化的完成,与军事犯罪配套适用的军事刑罚分别被纳入各自新的刑法典.由于今日俄罗斯的社会制度本质上已不同于中国,两国军事刑罚在体系化、专门化、轻缓化和个别化等四个方面有着显著的差异,这些差异反映了两国在军事刑罚领域不同的理论构想和相对立的价值观念.

Comparative Study of Sino-Russian Military Penalty

Along with the fulfillment of the Digests of the Criminal Law both in China and Russia, the military penalty matching with the military criminal has respectively been absorbed into the digest of its own. As Russia's social system nowadays differs essentially from that of China, the military penalty of the two countries is remarkably different from each other especially in its systematism,specialization and trend to be more or less severe and individual.Such discrepancies actually reflect different theoretical ideas and opposing notions of value between the two countries.
