| 摘 要： | 恐怖主义已成为影响国际社会稳定的重要问题。本文在国际政治的视野下,概括了词典、学者和各国政府关于恐怖主义的相关概念,分析了恐怖主义定义界定难的原因,并在此基础上,提出了界定恐怖主义应把握的三项原则。

| Abstract: | Terrorism has become one of the major issues threatening world stability in recent years. From perspective of international politics, this article summarizes relevant concepts of terrorism in dictionaries, by scholars and governments of different countries. With an analysis of the causes of the diff iculty in giving a def inition, this article comes up with three principles we should adhere to when giving a def inition of terrorism. |
