| 摘 要： | 在当前大力提倡社会主义和谐社会和建设中国特色社会主义的理论前提下，中国的法治呈欣欣向荣的状态。然而，近年来，不和谐的现象也层出不穷，尤其是时下备受关注的警民关系。冲突不断，令笔者甚为担忧，故而有必要予以分析，并进行深刻反思。
