| 摘 要： | 机关事业单位养老保险制度在整个社会保障体系中占有十分重要的地位，要积极探索机关事业单位社会保障制度改革。本文首先分析了机关事业单位进行养老保险制度改革的必要性，其次分析了机关事业单位养老保险制度改革中遇到的一些热点和难点问题，最后提出一些改革和完善这一制度的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Endowment insurance system of public institution occupies is a very important position in whole social security system,we should actively explore social security system reform of public institution.At first,we analyse the necessity of public institution reform,secondly,we analyse some hot and difficult issues of public institution reform,finally,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of promoting this system. |
