| 摘 要： | 当前企业退管工作,存在退管干部配置不足、管理失控等问题。今后应在加强与退休职工的感情联系、逐年提高国民医疗费用的报销比例、积极探索多样适宜的养老方式、加大对退管人才的培训力度等方面,更多地将我国经济发展成果惠及退休职工。

| Abstract: | Many enterprises don not have enough stuff members in charge of retirement matters,therefore,in out future works,we should strengthen ties with retired workers,increase the national medical expense ratio gradually,actively explore the suitable nursing mode,increase the diversity of retired personnel training and do more works to benefit retired workers with our economic progress |
