基层工会应做好精细化宣传教育工作

精细化宣传教育工作,是一种运用精细化管理思想所建立的宣传教育工作新体系。对其加以推行,有利于体现以人为本的时代要求和推进基层规范化建设。基层工会在推行中应注意区分层次性,依据不同对象确立不同工作目标;围绕主旋律,坚定不移地做主流媒体的扩声器;寻找共振点,把大道理化为基层职工的身边事;急职工所急,切实维护好职工的切身利益;开辟新渠道,努力实现与多样化活动的有机融合。

The primary trade unions should do lean management work on propaganda and education

Intensive publicity and education work,is a new system of propaganda and education work based on lean management.Its promotion will conducive to reflect the people-oriented era and improve primary units＇ standardization.Special attention should be paid that we should have different work objective for each object. We should speak for the mainstream media,share our points in common and make complicated principles easily understood,eager to meet the needs of the masses and protect their rights and interests.We should develop new methods to achieve organic integration with the diverse activities.
