摘    要:影响职工工资水平的因素有很多,各因素间的关系亦很复杂。在工资集体协商中,应正确处理影响工资水平各因素间的关系,合理确定职工的工资水平,以促进公平劳动,实现共建共享。

Abstract:There are many complicated factors affect the wages of the employees.we should correctly handle the impact of wage level,the relation between each element,and determine the salary standard of the worker reasonably,in order to promote fair labor and to realize the co-construction and sharing.
