| 摘 要： | 在经历了三十多年高速发展后,转变经济发展方式已成为我国经济后续发展的唯一正确抉择。而转变经济发展方式,很大程度上取决于劳动者的素质。工会组织应充分发挥自身优势,全面推进职工知识化进程,以有力推动我国经济实现发展方式的转变。
