| Abstract: | Enterprise as the foundation of modern society,are the creators of social wealth,also the undertaker of social responsibility.Trade union organizations should give full play to its unique function,and ensure the enterprise to play a important role in assuming their social responsibility by safeguarding the rights and interests of workers,improving worker team quality and promoting the construction of safety,environmental protecting enterprises. |
