| 摘 要： | 财产申报制度作为反腐败的一项重要举措,在许多国家都已经建立起来,是有效规范公务员行为的一项基本制度和国际惯例。目前我国尚未建立起完善的公务员财产申报制度,而且有关财产申报制度的文件和规定也未彻底的实施到位。财产申报制度的实施到底面临怎样的阻力和困境,有待我们深入研究。

| Abstract: | Property declaration system as an important move against corruption in many countries have already established,is to effectively regulate the civil service acts as a basic system and international practice.At present,China has not established a comprehensive system of civil servants to declare assets,and the the property declaration system and the implementation of the provisions are not fully in place,and this problem needs to further study. |
