西宁动物园藏野驴寄生蠕虫调查

通过药物驱除、死亡后剖检等方法对西宁动物园的藏野驴（Ｅｑｕｕｓｋｉａｎｇ）寄生蠕虫进行了调查。从３头藏野驴收集虫体３９７８条，经鉴定隶属于２纲、３目、４科、９属、１９种，另有盅口属一未定种（Ｃｙａｔｈｏｓｔｏｍｕｍｓｐ）。检获的虫体中，鼻形杯环线虫（Ｃｙｌｉｃｏｃｙｃｌｕｓｎａｓｓａｔｕｍ）２１１８条，碗状盅口线虫（Ｃｙａｔｈｏｓｔｏｍｕｍｃａｔｉｎａｔｕｍ）７０４条，分别占总虫数的５３．２４％和１７．７０％，为本动物的感染优势虫种。其中鼻形杯环线虫的口囊、雄虫交合伞及伞肋、雌虫尾部等呈多形态变异；普通马圆形线虫（Ｓｔｒｏｎｇｙｌｕｓｖｕｌｇａｒｉｓ）的内外叶冠数与文献记载差异较大

Investigation of Parasitic Helminths in Tibetan wild Donkeys (Equus kiang)at Xining City Zoo

By drug antiscolic treatment and autopsy, the parasitic helminths fauna collected from Tibetan wild donkeys (Equus kiang) were investigated.3978 helminths were collected from three Tibetan wild donkeys,which were designated as two Classes,three Orders,four Families,nine Genuses and nineteen Specience except a Cyathostomum sp by identifing,in which there are 2118 Cylicocyclus nassatum and 704 Cyathostomum catinatum,that are 53.24 percent and 17.70 percent of the total parasites collected respectively. They are the dominant species infecting the animals.It was found that the buccal capsule,copulatory bursa of C.nassatum and fimbriated rays of the males as well as cauda of the females show polymorphous variation.The amount of the internal leaf crown of Strongylus vulgaris more differs from that of the reported informations.
